Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Any lesson that is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice must be paid in full. Any lesson for which the student does not show up must also be paid in full.

 

After several repeated late cancellations or no-shows, the student will be terminated from the studio.

 

Punctuality: A tardy student will be given only the time remaining in the student’s scheduled lesson period, and the lesson must still be paid in full. Students should bring all required books and materials to each lesson. Parents should pick students up as soon as the lesson is over to avoid overcrowding in the waiting area.

 

Teacher Absence: Illness or other emergencies may arise which prevent the teacher from offering a lesson at a scheduled time. If the teacher is unable to provide a scheduled lesson due to illness or other reasons, make-up lessons will be scheduled at a time when the student and teacher are available.

 

Make-up Lessons: Any properly cancelled lesson can be made up. The teacher will arrange a make-up time that works for both parties.

 

Payment: Monthly payment is required, and is due at the first lesson of the month. Cash, check, Venmo, and PayPal are acceptable. No lessons will be provided during the month unless the entire monthly payment has been made prior to the start of the month.

 

Recital Policy: The studio holds one recital at the end of each semester. After their first semester in the studio, students are required to perform in the recital.
